Mr. Rajashekhar M brings more than 20 years of extensive experience and leadership in the field of child rights. He is a Master’s in Social work and have held different positions from a field worker to leadership in SATHI. His expertise lies in Planning, implementation, monitoring, reviewing of programs & accounts, team handling and conflict resolution. He is an expert in building network with Academicians, Research institutions, Professionals, Railway child line and local NGOs. He has facilitated various studies pertaining in the welfare of children in SATHI. He particularly enjoys being in contact with dedicated children’s rights defenders from all over the world. In the list of his achievements he has received recognition by Hon’ble Justice Sri. Shivraj Patil (Supreme Court of India) for working for children in need of care and protection. In addition to it he has received appreciation from hon’ble Justice Sri. Amar Saran (High Court, UP) for dedicated services and contribution in issues of the runaway and Girls children restoration.

He has also received a Fit person certificate by the “Child Welfare Committee” Kanpur & Bangalore under section 69 (1) of  Juvenile justice act, rule 2007.
