Youth Skill Development
To address the needs of young adults, who leave child care institutions at the age of 18. Children living in institutional care have to leave the only homes they have known when they turn 18. They often face the world ill prepared when they move out of childcare institutions as they lack the social, emotional and financial support. Futures program aims to prepare the young adults for and support them through this transition from the home to a stable, independent and responsible adult life.
Objective: Establish a comprehensive program to empower youth through skill development and provide sustained aftercare support for their personal and professional growth.
We Identify challenges faced by the youth in terms of unemployment, lack of skills, and limited support systems And Explain the need for skill development to enhance youth employability and overall well-being.
We Support the Children by establishing partnerships with businesses to facilitate job placements for program graduates, Provide career counselling and resume-building workshops.Continuing Education Support by Collaborating with educational institutions for further education opportunities, Offeringscholarship programs for advanced training or higher education.
Mentorship Programs:
Connect program graduates with mentors in their respective fields, Provide ongoing mentorship to support career growth.
