Mr. Shamboling Khot is a development professional with 9 years of versatile experience in multiple domains like education, child rights, health, NGO management, CSR and employee engagement and volunteer activities.

He is Master’s in Social Work and also possess a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

His proficiencies lies in program planning, designing and implementation, writing project proposals, reports and budget management.   He has worked with different organization which include CfBT- Kalike (An associated organization of Tata Trust), Sathi and Deshpande Foundation. Presently, he is working in CSR department of Samasta Microfinance focusing on different aspects which include program designing, NGO management, grants making, strategic planning, partnership building and coordinating the employee engagement and volunteering activities.
